The price was good, and the various sizes provide multiple strengthening options. I liked the safety cord inside each elastic band. The hardware that came with it is heavy-duty.

This is a good set of resistance bands for beginners or rehab at a low price. They are probably some of the best budget-priced (at least at the time I purchased them) resistance bands available.The quality of these basic bands is not the same as their pro (heavy-duty) series, which are more expensive.Being able to change out handles makes a major difference, as well.Both these basic bands and the pro bands are made from natural rubber. If they are used regularly, they have a lifespan of 8-10 months. Of course, that is just an industry average -- but keep that in mind.

Very nice set, quite complete, with a great selection of bands (tubes). There is an anti-snap protection feature, wth a nylon cord within each tube: No nasty surprises (or welts/bruises) if a tube should snap.Comes with two nice handles, an ankle strap, and a door anchor--not to mention the carry bag.This is an older version, less expensive than the top-tier model available now.If you're just getting started with resistance bands, you'll be very pleased with the value of this set. It's great for beginners, and intermediate users.I added a multi-point door anchor strap to get flexible mount points, but that's the only additional item I needed for a full body workout.Highly recommended.

We bought this some time back and since that was a great set, we decided to buy again. The new set does not have the same items, they are of a less that great quality, seems like they completely watered down the quality.

They work great in between sets and handle and clips are good quality. Worth the slightly higher price than others.

This low-cost "basic" set gave me all I need for a good workout. Handles are included in this basic set. If you buy the more expensive version, you have to purchase the handles separately.

These bands are shorter and weaker than the bands previously offered by Bodylastics only a year or two ago. It looks like they've been redesigned to use less material overall which has resulted in a cheaper feeling product. The image here shows the new 15lb band compared to the old style 13lb band (purchased as recently as May '23). The difference in resistance is significant, the old 13lb band is heavier than the new 15lb band so you can't even trust the measurements provided.

My friend Jimmy was hesitant on trying these but after using these during his Hulkamania workout sessions he agreed they are as good as dumbells or kettle weights. The trick is consistent and smooth form to really work the muscle.
