I ordered this to rehab a baby cardinal and it was perfect! The quality is as expected and good. Cleaning it is very easy since it comes apart like standard syringes do and the little spout that comes with it is perfect for feeding baby birds! It made things so much more pleasant and straightforward for me and for such a low cost! I do recommended practicing squeezing formula out with it a couple times to get a feel for how much effort it takes to push the plunger down so you don’t cause your bird to aspirate, but it works perfectly!

This kit is best for larger baby birds. Does not work on parakeets, as it's too large.

So I have mixed feelings regarding this product. I got this for my family baby macaw and for the first week and a half it worked amazingly but just today as we were feeding the baby macaw, it bit in excitement for its food the little spoon and the spoon part detached and swallowed it whole. Thank god the doctors were amazing and surgery was a success; our little guy will hopefully make full recovery in the next couple of weeks. So be carefully with your baby birds while using this to feed them.
