Samsonite Luggage Hyperspace Spinner Boarding Bag, Galaxy Black, One Size

Since buying this suitcase we've been on two trips together. Interior has enough room for two days of clothes, a full makeup bag, a pair of heels or two pairs of slippers/kitten heels and a 14.1 inch laptop with charging cable. Rolls easily over rough pathways and carries easily by the handle. Fits in overhead luggage bins either way.... Even on small prop planes! Under the seats I would recommend putting it sideways, unless you prefer resting your feet on it. This suiter was also a gem to have in small hotel rooms. All in all very happy with my purchase as it proves that Samsonite is still the go-to brand for durable, smart travel solutions.

I am a teacher. Everyday, I carry a MacBook, iPad, assorted cables, files, books, folding umbrella, rain poncho, and various other items to school and back. This Samsonite Boarding Bag allows me to transport my stuff easily without carrying all that weight on my shoulder. The spinner wheels roll well. I can move the bag close to my body down crowded hallways and not cause a trip-hazard to students. I've been using the bag for only a month, so I can't really address the longevity of this product. So far the fabric, zippers, wheels, and adjustable handle are holding up well. My only complaint is that placing heavier items in the two front zip pockets can cause the bag to tip. When that happens, I just readjust my load, and everything is fine

I took this bag with me on a European vacation to several cities. I dragged it on trains, through subways, walked blocks from metro stations to hotels and it kept up with me and never I never had a problem with it. Its sturdy construction and smooth wheels make it the perfect companion for travel. It is small enough to go into the overhead compartments of even small commuter planes. The front lower pocket is the perfect size for storing an iPad, while the front upper pocket is great for tickets, passports, change, etc. This is a great little bag and I'm glad I bought it!

After much searching online and in-stores for a bag that would fit international travel (and even domestic) carry on restrictions, I ordered the Spinner Boarding Bag for my European trip. I wanted a smaller bag. This bag is half the cost of similar Samsonite bags I found in stores. Upon receipt of the bag, I noticed the zipper didn't work well on one side. It looked like the zipper was sewn in incorrectly (not enough margin around the curve). I was disappointed and sent the bag back.I went out shopping again and decided that the bag was still the best fit for my needs and ordered another in the hopes that the flaw was a fluke. The new bag came and the zipper was better, but still not totally smooth, and on this bag the front was marred in two spots (looked like a sharp edge was rubbed across it). However, I kept the bag as I was leaving for Europe the next day.Function wise, the bag was just what I wanted: spinner wheels made it easy to maneuver (even rolled down plane aisle); size of bag was great -- fit easily in overhead bins and even fit under the seat on an KLM flight; bag didn't get too heavy; was able to fit clothes in for a two night stay in it. Remember that the spinner bags dimensions are usually not inclusive of the wheels, so you need to figure that when looking at carry on bags. Like the front zipper pouch - was perfect for my tablet. The inner padded pocket on the flap is a bit cumbersome I think, but I did use it.So I loved the bag on one hand, but was disappointed with quality on the other hand. If you order, allow enough time if you need to return. BTW - return process was hassle free. Prime shipping was essential for me as well.

This was suppose to accommodate a 17 inch laptop. I was sent one for a 15 inch laptop. Now, when I try to return it, I get some message that I have to contact customer service for some kind of "special handling" of this return. I am NOT a happy customer right now. Good thing my trip isn't until March!

Very small... the height is only to your knees.

Oddly this came up from Amazon to review and I bought it a long time ago. Be prepared that your computer may not fit, check that very close. The wheels are better quality than most. No real complaints except for it's size, it doesn't seem to hold much, I have a similar bag (dimensions) that holds a lot more.

I travel a lot for work, and I bought this bag as my default carry-on bag to fit in the overhead bin. I always struggled finding a decent-sized bag that fit regulations, and this one does the trick. The only times I've ever had trouble are on very small planes, and they always just gate check it for me. Every other time, my bag fits easily in the bin. If you over-pack, it does (like some other reviewers have mentioned) have a tendency to get too poofy to always fit. But normally, it's good to go with 0 issues.Very well made, very tough yet sleek. LOVE the 360 mobility. It's a perfect size for weekend conferences or short trips. I've had mine (a deep cranberry red) for a couple years, and I recently bought the blue for my husband who will be going in and out of state for work.GREAT travel carry-on. Highly recommend.
