Easy to use
Easy to use, much easier than a punch tool

Not Good or Reliable
I've been terminating cable for 40+ years, and these jacks are crap. It took several tries at re-terminating to get a good connection. These are only slightly better than their male Cat8 connectors.

Easy to install
These worked great for me and excellent for the price, the only challenge I had was reading the colors but that's on my sight.Another thing to keep in mind, there is no instructions included but if you have installed other it's self explanatory. Speeds and connections are great!
