At first I was very sceptical about purchasing this, but I needed to buy it as my PC had a static sound coming through (I have my Xbox/PS5 audio connected through the Noise Isolator) and it got rid of it altogether! Very easy to use, the size of it is very ideal as it does not get in the way. Definitely value for money and the quality of it is superb!

Oiiii! I'm sceptical by nature. I read reviews but never fully believe them. I had to write this one because i am honestly blown away how good this lil thing is!! Had a loud hissing sound from one of my Rocket powered speakers when connected to my TV. I thought it was the quality of the cables i used. I bought x2 different RCA cables, tried XLR to RCA. Blamed my Tv. Came across this, and thought i don't mind wasting £8 for another nonsense thing that won't work. I put this thing in and SILENCE!! I was very very surprised. A very happy man!!

Long story short I ordered this to hopefully isolate the ground buzzing from the my psvita to my pc. The interference before this isolator was unbearable and loud to a ridiculous degree. With this isolator it’s still there but noticeably quieter, as if someone cut of about 60-70% of it.

I was honestly surprised by this little thingy. I was having noise issues between my keyboard and kaoss pad. This little Smof filter was cheap so I went for it. It entirely removed the buzzing, even at high volume. This works way better than it has any right to at the price. It honestly couldn't work any better. It completely got rid of all the noise I was getting. I'm not claiming it will work for any situation, but it works perfect for my setup (keyboard, kaossilator, kaoss pad and speakers all on the same plug extension)

This actually made my worse! I have a pair of Bose Companion speakers plugged into my PC, and when the PC is off, my speakers buzz / hum. I assumed this was ground loop noise, but when I put this device in-between my pc and speakers, the noise got worse and louder.

The quality feels good and is in a small form factor , it works brilliantly for removing the Ground loop and EMI noise between my pc and Mixer , however the reason for dropping 2 stars is because of the audio quality , especially the Bass which distorts heavily between 20-70hz and it also starts to soft clip my mixer channels , this ONLY happens if I have my windows volume above 70% but I’m fussy and like to have windows volume high to begin with. So , if you are looking for a ground loop isolator for a car stereo/home theatre or anything that isn’t line level signal , it would be great BUT for PA equipment I unfortunately cannot recommend it , but it does remove the ground loop , hisses , Hum , Digital Hash noises , so as an emergency fix at a gig/venue it will do just fine. Overall: Fixes ground loops and EMI - 10/10 Effects sound quality - 4.5/10 Quality feel - 8/10 Size convenience - 9/10 Value for money - 9.5/10 Easy to use - 10/10

We do not have bluetooth on our car radios and when we go on long journeys we have to charge the phone we are using as a Sat-Nav while we are travelling, we us the AUX port on the radio to listen to the instructions witch is fine all the time you are not charging the phone as well, because as soon as you do we get lots of hissing, cracking & humming which is caused because the radio & the Phone are being charged by the the same source. using this Amazing Little Gadget stops all that noise but does not seem to cut out the volume at all which is brilliant I can even listen to my music and the Sat-Nav at the same time now Very pleased with our purchase.

I have 4 monitors and sometimes use one of them as a TV. It doesn't have speakers though, but it does have an audio output which I connected to a line-in socket on my PC. Unfortunately that resulted in the dreaded Ground Loop Noise. This thing fixed the problem straightaway. As it happens it's also easy to install and costs only 11 quid. Highly recommended.

Problema solucionado ✅️, tenía el típico zumbido en los altavoces, el sistema era un radio y un míni amplificador de 2+1,la verdad que no confiaba mucho en el filtro pero me sorprendió mucho, ahora el sonido está muy bueno y limpio de parásitos, genial recomiendo mucho,quiero añadir también una cosa la calidad del cable rca es muy importante los típicos cables chinos rca te van a dar mucho dolor de cabeza, los mejores son los que vienes con las puntas bañadas en oro y empantallados (bien aislados)

Werkt goed. Ik heb een situatie waarbij ik het apparaatje kan wegstoppen in de opklapbare armleuning van mijn auto, omdat de aux aansluiting daar zit. Het lijkt me wel een storend ding om direct aan je telefoon te hebben hangen.

My situation may be a little bit unique but this Smof Ground Loop Noise Isolator is an absolute godsend. This completely eliminated all alternator noise I was getting through my car stereo. I own a 2005 Subaru Outback which didn't come with an aux in port and didn't have an easy way to add one. I considered replacing the stereo with an aftermarket unit until I found out the climate controls were integrated into the stereo and would cost a minimum of $250 just for aftermarket climate controls. I tried a few different FM modulators but struggled to find a station that consistently worked on my drive to and from work. As a last resort I found instructions online on how to hack my factory stereo and install my own aux port inline with the FM tuner. With nothing plugged into the port my FM radio plays; with a cable plugged in it plays from there. I spend a day modding the stereo and everything sounded fantastic while testing in my driveway. Later that day I started the car up and got my phone all hooked up only to be greeted by a horrible alternator whine screaming over my speakers every time I hit the gas. That is where the Smof Ground Loop Noise Isolator comes into play. I searched Amazon and based on the good reviews and price of the Smof I decided to give it a try. From the moment I plugged it in it has provided crystal clear audio. I now pair my phone to a bluetooth adapter which runs to the Smof then to my modded aux port. I have enjoyed hundreds of hours of audio books and music. The music playing from my phone through this setup provides significantly better audio quality than FM radio or CD. I could not be happier with this product and I'm so glad I decided to purchase it.
