Bought The Lifelong Conqueror 27.5T 21speed MTB cycle really worth it this is a honest review after perfect 1 month of riding experience. Great job lifelong you created a monster at a great price, everything is cool with inner wireing looks and everything. The suspension just amazing, my suspensions were not too smooth I thought that they were just broken but it's so good that u can't feel the bumps after few rides it's smooth as usual love it ❤. The flaws I want to say is the gear screw, they are not too good quality it corrodes away when u try screwing it. Also the tool box alen keys were the same quality it corroded away but that's not the big deal but atleast provide some good quality iron screw. *In the photo : The left once is the conqueror model and the right side one is chaze both of the models are🙌🔥 *Tips: If u are having gear shifting problem just adjust it, if ur suspension is stuck apply some wd40 Giving it a solid 5 star for everything, build quality, weight, tires, gears, everything. This bicycle seemed to be a good product. Still unable to ride it because no manual or any instruction for installation is provided. Some parts are not able to fix yet. I think a rear mudguard bolt and clamp are sent from other models as it could not be fitted.

This cycle is very good, I purchased it for my fitness purpose, for my height 5'7" it's perfect, although lower height person can also ride. It's seat is not good so you need to change or use gel seat cover, But cycle performance is very good, as it's a gear cycle so we can ride it for longer without getting tired, I ride it approximately 10kms per day and it's very smoothly running. I'm totally satisfied with this cycle.

I recently purchased a Lifelong cycle from Amazon and overall, my purchasing experience was positive. Delivery and installation were timely, and I was eager to start cycling again after a long hiatus. Unfortunately, approximately 45 days after my purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the cycle. While out on a ride, I noticed a problem with the rear gear, causing the cycle to cease functioning entirely (freewheeling, where the pedals turn but the bike doesn't move). I promptly raised a ticket regarding the issue on March 17th. However, I feel that Lifelong's response time for technical support needs improvement. It took 2-3 days just to receive a call, which significantly reduced my trust in the brand and made me feel somewhat trapped. Despite multiple follow-ups, it wasn't until March 22nd that a technician was arranged to assess the problem. Regrettably, the issue wasn't resolved during this visit. Further follow-ups and commitments led to another visit from the technician on March 27th, who, with the assistance of a local cycle repair workshop, managed to fix the rear gear problem. However, following the repair, there is now some noise stemming from friction between the chain and the Front Derailleur. I've discussed this with both the technical and support teams, and we've agreed to monitor the situation for a few days. Should the issue persist, I'll reopen the ticket. On a positive note, Lifelong has generously agreed to provide a six-month extended warranty, which offers some reassurance moving forward. I remain hopeful for a resolution.
