WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE??!!
Soooooo....it's PINK, Black and White...swivels 360, has moveable arms, reclining feature, adjustable height, headrest AND lumbar support?Dude...what's not to LOVE??💜I've had all kinds of chairs...HAD to try this one! I feel so modern. This is a pretty cool chair...once u figure out the position points that work for u. That's always the fun part...tailoring all to fit your unique style. And it's cuuuute!!! 🙂 💋 Matches my office decor. Hey, the company even threw in some white gloves to wear while u are initially constructing it. Thank u 4 thinking of my nails that I just did. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 lol.I liked the packaging....easy to tell what is what, with labeled parts, and an easy to follow booklet. I'm a pretty good "fix it" girl that can follow the HECK outta some CLEAR CUT directions. These directions were just that!! Easy to assemble? Basically. I sometimes have a beast of a time lining up the screws with the holes when holding weighted objects. The brackets to the seat was like....come ON, mannnnn...but I got it!!!All worth it!!!I am 5'5, so the chair features work for me....easily....and I can literally rock back and forth if I want to, or just recline! The bottom tension mechanism is easy to adjust. Oh...and the chair can lift pretty high, as well...for slightly taller desks.I also use a footrest....which works well with this chair. The material seems breathable. That is a plus, as my office can run hot sometimes. So far, this chair is light and comfy and supports my head and neck well. What I need to do, though, is add some pink or black and white fur cuffs to the arm rests. Otherwise, BAYBEE...the material is gonna make my elbows ashy on short sleeve days FOR SURE!!! No sirrrrr!! Can't have THAT!!This is definitely a GOOD chair, though. My daughter also bought one for her office and loves it. Pink, of course!Overall....this chair is really cool....I dig it, happy I bought it and I do highly recommend it:))⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

UPDATE: New and Improved Chair, Excellent Customer Service!
UPDATE: Not sure how the ratings system works as I'm typing this, as I'm giving an update on a chair that is not the chair I initially purchased, but a replacement chair sent from the same company. After posting the scathing review of how I felt about my chair purchase, the company reached out to me with an email prompt from me and offered me a new and improved version of this chair they felt would be an improvement over those areas I had critiqued on the original chair. Their improvements included a more durable leatherish armrest and seat pad, and more comfortable lumbar support. The company gets 5-star for simply their customer service, but the chair is improved, more comfortable and I expect the change from cloth to a leatherish material will be cleaner and/or appear cleaner. The one change I made from the original chair, was instead of orange pads, I went with black padding, just knowing that no matter what happens, I can live with this chair for a bit aesthetically. The only critique I could give this chair, and it's simply a personal preference, is that when I'm at home just lounging and watching videos with the chair reclined, I like to sit lower, so my feet are more flushed to the ground. My previous computer chairs were able to sit lower, and yet both the original and this model sit just a bit higher, which is an adjustment. I cannot knock the chair for this, as it's an office chair, and it sits perfectly when working at the keyboard. I think this is how a chair would function in most office environments. I do recommend shopping with this company.OLD WRITE UP: The Chair looks good, and it was pretty easy to put together, that's where the positives end. Contextually, I've been in government work both as civilian and as military, and we purchase chairs over $500, overall, those chairs are solid, they're ergonomic, comfortable and durable, but that price is a bit gauged considering we have specific catalogs to choose from, and everything from these catalogs are expensive, so I always hope that you could find something comparable on Amazon just at a significantly lowered price. But these chairs? Understandably, they are a budget chair, but I find the lumbar support a bit stiff, and at times a little uncomfortable. And then there's really no scenario when I'm sitting down in any position that the headrest is useful. Wheels aren't good either, swapped those out for rollerblade style wheels, easier on floors and smoother. The worst part that I should've prepared for is that this chair gets dirty pretty easy. Armrests especially. For that reason alone, I'd recommend finding a chair that does not have cloth on the armrest, unless they are black in color.

Comfy + dreamy
I love it! Very comfortable and the seat and headrest are made of this nice foam that feels like a bed:) the arms are adjustable and the lumbar support are amazing. Also it leans back nicely! very easy to build it took me 30 mins by myself while on the phone (would’ve been like 15 had I not been distracted lol). Very quiet when adjusting not squeaky at all!

Good support
Very versatile which helps for sitting different positions. Wide seat, arm rests go up all the way, lumbar adjustment and the head can be adjusted. I sit regular, criss-cross, feet up and leaning back and it's all comfortable. The lumbar support is very sturdy so it's good for keeping your posture straight all day. Pretty easy to set up too. I like that although it has all those features it doesn't take up a lot of space and make my room look stuffy since my office desk is in my bedroom next to my bed. I would say I like it more than I thought I would since it looks like a regular office desk.

Easy to Assemble and Very Comfortable
I bought this chair, and from the start, I was impressed by its quality. The instructions are clear, and the included tools make assembly very easy and quick. In terms of comfort and ergonomics, it’s incredible—providing excellent support and feeling very sturdy. The quality of the materials is also remarkable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-built chair. Totally worth the purchase!
