Magnesium provides a variety of benefits all throughout our bodies. Some of those benefits we are able to notice more openly, others not as much.That said, it is well known that specific forms of Magnesium are better suited to treat specific ailments. The fact that there are 9 varieties of high quality Magnesium in this product, including L-Threonate, which is the only form that provides noticeable benefits for our brains, due to it being the only form that passes the blood brain barrier, sets this product apart from many others.It was only after searching diligently for a couple weeks to find an ideal Magnesium product with L-Threonate included, that I finally found this product.I have been using this product for I think around 6 months now, and I have noticed benefits identified with: healthier heart rhythm, general relaxation, calming of my brain/mind, and faster onset to rest.It is a lil more on the expensive side, but that is because it includes the L-Threonate, which as far as I know, is the most expensive form.I only take this product a 1-3 hours before I retire to bed for the evening, and I only take ½ a capsule currently and it has served me well, but will likely increase to ¾ or a full capsule in the near future.From my perspective it's an excellent product, and I highly recommend it!

I have added these to my daily gummy as I need to increase my magnesium. I did a ton of reading and wanted a magnesium that had several types- this one had the best nutritional content with the widest variety I could find. They do not upset my stomach and the quality seems good. I am very careful to get all of my daily nutrients in and these help. I have re-purchased and will continue to do so.

Bought is a few times and I think it is a good quality supplement. No side effects indicated by anybody within the household.

At 330mg per dose this is at the higher end of dosing from many mainstream alternatives. This is still a safe dosage to take. Just more impactful. Another strong-strong plus for this is the multiple forms of Magnesium being combined in this easy to take capsule. Before trying these, I was taking powders and pill forms to get just five of the nine. This is much simpler, and the cost is not hard to swallow either :). Overall, I have had no bad effects and will complete the bottle and order another couple. Missed a 5 star for not offering multiple qty/bottle sizes.

This Magnesium has helped me sleep better, and I hope it will reduce my migraines! The capsules are easy to take, and it has 9 different types of chelated magnesium. I am excited to take this supplement!
