Super Comfortable and Absorbent!
I bought these to try for a long road trip. Normally, I wear Abena M4s or Northshore Supremes diapers during the day and Northshore Mega Max diapers at night for total bladder incontinence and occasional bowel accidents. I wanted a diaper with more padding between the legs and in the rear for better urine absorption and possible bowel containment when driving for long periods. I wanted to be able to drive 12 hours without needing a diaper change, rest stops aren't very private and fast food and gas station bathrooms aren't always clean or open. I was concerned about sizing when I bought these since I've never worn them before and adult diaper fit is so variable. I bought the mediums and they fit great, about the same as medium Abena M4s, larger than Northsore Supreme medium and smaller than Mega Max mediums (They run big). The plastic is soft and a bit crinkly when walking, but I don't think anyone else can hear the sound. The lining is very soft, these are the softest diapers I have ever worn. The leg gathers, very tall leakguards and elastic waistbands keep everything safely contained inside the diaper. The padding is extra wide between the legs and thicker towards the back. When taped on, the padding folds rather than bunches and creates a deep pocket in the seat to contain even large bowel movements. I needed to use them for this purpose on one occasion and they had no problems keeping everything inside. The tapes are strong and easy to untape when it's time for a change. I can say from firsthand experience that they will last a full 12 hours with ease, even though I was constantly drinking Super Big Gulps. They do sag between the legs when very full, but were still comfortable to walk in and did not chafe or irritate my skin. The odor control was excellent considering I used them for 12 hours, there was only a urine smell the last hour I wore them. When I removed it, the surface of the diaper and my skin were both completely dry, no leaks at all. As an aside, I did buy larger elastic waist jeans to wear with these, they would not have fit under my regular jeans once full. Honestly, these were the most comfortable and best performing diapers I've ever used, and Ive used alot. If they weren't $4.50 each, I'd use them more often. For now, I will always have a pack on hand to wear for long road trips or plane flights. I highly recommend them! Update: I just tried size small and they fit me like a glove! So soft inside and so absorbent. A very comfortable diaper! The new colors are great, so far Ive tried green and purple. I'm going to try blue next. If you need the most absorbent, most plush and comfy adult diaper around, give these a try.

Amazing in the right situation
I'm disabled - not ABDL but the disabled community owes the ABDL community a lot for advancing the adult diaper industry over the past 15 years, especially in the USA. Where these don't work: 1st, if you're fecal incontinent, these aren't for you. Not that they won't work for that but you will almost certainly have to change well before you have even started to use the main feature of these diapers. There are many quality options, at half the price (or less) that will work out better for you. Cost vs benefit just doesn't work for this use case. 2nd, I can't recommend these for everyday wear, either. Whether capacity is reached or not, most people want to freshen up after 5-6 hours at most. These are wasted in that scenario, and you can find diapers at a much lower price point that will easily get you into that time frame. So unless cost is no factor for you, these are overkill for most people. Where these shine: 1st, if you go long periods alone with no help, and you can't bathroom/change yourself. Be that regularly, or a unique occasion. No more "pee math" (if you know, you know). No more fluid restriction. If it is an infrequent activity, catheters aren't a good option. Leg bags aren't a thing for females, and as a male, I have found them unreliable and they can fail catastrophically and embarrassingly. Trest will not fail. You will be good for 12+ hours. 2nd, heavy night wetters. 3rd, long travel. Accessible toilets are not always available. I had to take an emergency trip in a standard automobile that I was unable to transfer out of for over 24 hours. I only minimally restricted fluids. Trest held, and it wasn't even close. 4th, absolute cannot-be-embarrassed events. Weddings, public speaking, etc. Times when total security from leaks is worth a few dollars of risk mitigation. They are comfortable. Not breathable but that is a feature, not a bug; it is warm but helps with odors. Discreet-ish AT FIRST but will swell significantly; if you aren't in a wheelchair you will have to account for that. Soft to sit on. The tapes are amazingly solid. They are the best overall of any diaper I have worn, and I have tried every quality brand, including some ABDL lines. These can't be beaten. If money were truly no object, I would never buy any other brand. Unfortunately, that is not my reality, so I only keep a bag of these around for necessary occasions. I am 100% confident in their performance when I do need them.

One of the best!
I have tried just about every high quality incontinent brief available and these are one of my favorites. However, like some have mentioned in previous comments, these are indeed very thick. When they absorb liquid, they do swell considerably so I recommend these only be worn around the house, long car rides, or at bedtime because they are not discreet under clothes, or even baggy clothes. You will likely be noticed if walking around in public. That is the only downside if you are wanting something to wear discreetly in public. Wearing a thinner, high quality brief is recommended for casual public outings. The positive side of this product is that they are extremely comfortable. They fit very well and you won’t have to worry about leaks if properly fitted. These are a superior brief and do last for many many hours. They absorb very well, keep you dry, and the tapes are very strong. I have very mild bowel incontinence and a overactive bladder that I cannot control due to a spinal injury in my youth. I drive a lot for work, and finding an accessible restroom quick enough isn’t always easy! These allow me to be worry free from any embarrassing accidents I might have without proper protection. Also, I like to stay clean and these definitely help with odor until I can change. Although these are expensive, they are worth the money and you absolutely do get what you pay for. It is wonderful knowing there is a product such as these available.

A solid choice for extended wear.
Comfort: Trest Adult Diapers excel in providing exceptional comfort. The soft, breathable material ensures that wearers stay dry and comfortable throughout the day and night. The elastic waistbands and adjustable tabs ensure a snug yet comfortable fit, allowing for freedom of movement without any discomfort. The green color is a nice change from the plain white as with most diapers. They are super soft and very easy to put on weather standing or laying down. Absorbency: One of the most crucial factors in an adult diaper is its absorbency. Trest Adult Diapers boast impressive absorbency levels, effectively locking in moisture and preventing leaks. Whether worn during the day or overnight, users can feel confident and secure knowing that Trest has them covered. Durability: Trest Adult Diapers are not only comfortable and absorbent but also remarkably durable. The high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship ensure that these diapers hold up well even during extended wear. This durability adds value to the product, as fewer changes are required, reducing both cost and inconvenience. Discreetness: Maintaining dignity and discretion is essential for users of adult diapers. Trest understands this need and has designed their diapers to be discreet and quiet. The slim profile and rustle-free material allow users to go about their daily activities without feeling self-conscious. Overall, Trest Adult Diapers exceed expectations in every aspect. From comfort and absorbency to durability and discreetness, they offer everything one could ask for in an adult diaper. I highly recommend Trest Adult Diapers to anyone seeking a reliable, comfortable, and discreet solution for incontinence management. Price, while they are very impressive diapers they are on the expensive side. If you know you will need the support that trest provides then they are 100% worth using as needed.

The best I've experienced in 30 years
I'm old enough to have tried everything on the market, believe me. These are not a budget item, but you DO get what you pay for, and me personally, this is where I choose not to cut the budget. If you are someone who requires assistance in changing, you will find that you are able to go a longer period without changing than you ever have before. For some of us, this is a necessity. My number one question and shopping for a product is concerning the absorbency level. This has an absorbency that is unmatched by anything. The comfort when wearing is something I've also never experienced, it is very soft. In short, this covers every selling point I'm looking for. They are pricey, but they are worth the money. This is true quality. And by the way, these are plastic backed, which means you need not worry about that clammy moisture leaking. And a very soft plastic, at that.

These are fantastic but man are they SPENDY
I don't think I've worn a thirstier diaper in my life. I wet at LEAST 6 times and it probably could have taken more. They have Herculean leak guards that will stay against your legs no matter what they do. I'm a side sleeper, and compression leaks are a real issue; didn't have that with these. They do get very saggy when they're wet, so keep that in mind. You may want to wear a one-piece or a cover to prevent that. Also, no case discounts? $45 for 10 diapers? That's $4.50 each! They'd easily be a 5/5 but MAN are these things a bit too spensy-wensy!

Very thick but effective diaper
As a young person with incontinence, finding good products that can keep up with me can be difficult. I'm fairly active so finding something compatible with that can be a challenge. These are definitely a perfect diaper to wear at night time as they are extremely thick and absorbant with a durable plastic backsheet perfect for keeping leaks and odors in! They are also very durable as well and won't rip or tear. Tapes are strong as well. I would say the only downside could be that they may be too thick for their own good! I have work these 18 hours on a plane and they still had room to go. Almost beyond what someone would need but extra is always better than not enough. The other downside that goes along with that is discretion. Of course wearing proper clothes can go a long way in keeping incontinence products discreet but many might find keeping these hidden a challenge as I did. These are quite bulky and noisy. But again if you have sever leakage as I do then sometimes that's what you need and it's ok! Overall would recommend to anyone with severe bladder and/ or bowel issues as long as they understand the thickness and noise aspect.

Elite level performance.
Elite indeed. Trest is currently the thickest and thirstiest adult disposable on the market. Comfortable, capable, durable. Adjustable tapes with landing zone are a big plus. Fits as advertised as opposed to other brands which can run a bit small. Pricey, yes, but a good value if massive capacity is what you want.
