As someone who is low on it a guess it helps. I dont take it with k2 which i heard is required to help break it down but i think i should be absorbing it nevertheless

I love these bc they work and they're also the smallest vit D pill that i have found. that means I can fit it in my medicine case and remember to take them. no taste at all and I feel like i have so much more energy.

Acidic problem creating

I have been taking ostelin vitamin d and then decided to swap to this . However each time I take this I get itchy hives ! I’ve never had this issue with other brands
