Good quality
Bought mainly to put on my hair but I’ve also eaten it sprinkled on fruit. It seems nice quality. Too early to say if it’s improved hair/scalp but it’s pleasant to use and I’m hopeful

Hope it works in spite of its bitterness
I read quite recently that Alma can reduce vertigo and it is an anti inflammatory hence reason for buying. Product arrived as scheduled but too early to confirm its effects. I am struggling to ingest it though as its too bitter and powder doesn't dissolve in juice or water and the two times i have tried it I was left with lumps in my mouth..eeerrr not enjoyable.
