Easiest sharpening system I've ever used!
I've never been able to sharpen tools to save my life. I got tired of trying to use dull chisels and when I saw this kit, I figured I had nothing to lose. Let me tell you, this thing works FANTASTIC! I was able to put a nice sharp edge on all my chisels in literally under a minute for each one. If you're like me and suck at sharpening, do yourself a favor and get this kit! You won't be sorry!

Super Sharp, Super Fast
I suppose that I should reduce this a star because my order was missing the white polishing compound like others have mentioned. However, this tool works so well and sharpens so fast that I had to give it 5 stars. This system is that fantastic.I have a few pieces of advice though:- I bought the 5" thinking that would be plenty but wish I bought the 6" because 5" was almost too narrow to sharpen hand plane blades.- The hardest part about this system is making the tool rest block. I thought it would be easy but I could not get a clean enough 25 degree angle with my saws. (I'm working on truing those up now) You may won't to buy Taylor Tools block.- I also like a polished edge even though the edge created by this system is plenty sharp and probably polished enough. Getting the angles between this tool and the guide I use with my sharpening stones was a trick but doable.Seriously though just buy this, it's a super fast way to get a super sharp blade.

Fast and easy to use!
This is a fantastic sharpening system. It’s easy to assemble, very fast sharpening results. The chisels and the planes I have sharpened come out razor sharp. I highly recommend this product.

Good idea but
Sanding discs,I'm not impressed. Definitely too expensive for what it is.Works but to keep your chisels sharp is gonna cost you a little fortune, sanding discs getting worn really quick.

Love it!
I bought this sharpening system a while back. I had a few chisels that needed sharpening badly. I have regular sharpening stones but thought I would give this a try.I was blown away by how fast and easy it was to get my chisels back to razor sharp within a few minutes. Now my regular sharpening stone s is sitting on the shelf gathering dust.You must give this a try. You will be pleasantly surprised.Love it..
