I didn't want to give less stars for my mistake. These batteries are great. I started with 2 used Power Queen batteries from a friend. I purchased these to add a new solar array on a van. Be sure you read the description and know what you want. If you want a battery with Bluetooth, make sure you order one with Bluetooth. I was excited to be able to get new equipment I never checked. Not a deal-breaker by any means. You would just have to add a monitor. Safe and light weight and much more resilient than lead acid batteries. Now shop wisely because there are cheaper batteries out there, and the BMS in those batteries are cheap and if you make a mistake you will render the battery unless. Power Queen will contact you and support you whenever you need them. They stand behind their products. Battery group size are the same size as lead acid batteries so be mindful of your space. Follow all directions before you do anything after receiving them and before adding to your system.

This is the best storage battery for off grid folks like myself. I bought my first batteries from Power Queen in Sept 2022. TWO Power Queen 12V 200Ah PLUS that I use for my main 24v solar system. Working superbly for a year and a half now, with ZERO problems from day one. I had my neighbor order these along with the rest of the equipment and one PQ 30amp charge controller to make him a 24v off grid solar system also. We had an initial problem with ONE battery being defective but Power Queen responded quickly and sent a return box and label to send it back and shipped another battery out to me. I charged/balanced the batteries and set the system up and the friend is HIGHLY pleased with it. He had to replace 6 100ah deep cycle batteries this year after 3 years of use, heard me rave about going LiFePO and asked me to set it up and we ordered from PQ because I KNOW they are trustworthy and have a HIGH quality product.

I purchased these batteries and then 1 day they were completely dead. I message the manufacturer and they sold me a charger.They were willing 2 refund my money for the charger. But it worked really good charge the batteries up.I was really impressed with that. Their customer service is outstanding and I would purchase batteries from them again and again.

Works great with my Garmin kraken and lasts all day

i can't say enough good things about this company. First of all, after a lot of research, I bought 4 of these batteries to replace 4 AGM Lead Acid batteries in a Ryobi 54" zero turn mower model RY48140. All of these LiFePO4 batteries look the same, or extremely similar, visually and with specs. So, I (falsely) assumed they were all made in the same couple of factories in China with just difference brands put on them. Major false assumption on my part. After watching an uncountable number of YouTube video reviews that tore each brand batteries apart to see their innards, I discovered Power Queen has amazing battery components and exceeded testing. Other brands on Amazon... not so much... watch out. It's just that the BMS in these batteries are not designed for most golf carts or electric mowers. Excellent communication with Power Queen confirmed these are not for these applications. Hoy... now what? I continued communicating with PQ and they were gracious to find a totally acceptable solution regarding a return. I ended up purchasing a single 48v (51.2V) golf cart style battery from a different brand. I was super sad PQ did not offer this as an option at the time otherwise I would never have even considered another brand after the excellent product and service I received. I could ramble on about how great the customer service was, but it would just be repetitive. Look for videos online from people who tear these things apart and test them. You will be impressed with Power Queen!! Thank you PQ... I will sing your praise to all who will listen.
