The phone looks good and will use it when I’m traveling overseas. The price was very reasonable and it was shipped with care.

Looked great (looked new) and was unlocked, connected right up to Mint Mobile, no issues. I've had it a couple of weeks, no complaints.

my 2nd 24+ It has been a workhorse phone.

The phone works great! However, the rep I spoke to when I thought my phone was locked didn't provide the type of customer service I thought she should have. On Jan 2nd I received my phone. Took it to T-Mobile to help me get it activated. They believed it was still locked. Call Re Cell customer service dpt and spoke to a young lady who clearly wasn't interested in helping me with this problem. She stated that if I believe the phone is locked then I'd have to wait till Thursday Jan 8th before a tech can help. She made it sound like this was my only option which I begrudgingly took. She was suppose to email me a confirmation but what I got instead was a link to book my own date and time which was not available on Jan 8th. Disgusted I decided to go another route and got help another way and was eventually able to get my phone turned on Jan 2nd, Sunday afternoon. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Purchased an unlocked S24+ renewed mobile that was marked as "Excellent". I don't believe that this phone should have been labeled as "Excellent" as the bottom and top frame came with several nicks and dents that might have occurred due to falls. I am hoping that these nicks and dents are purely cosmetic and not impact the phone's functionality in any way. Time will tell whether there is internal damage, but the 90-days warranty gives me some piece of mind. This is my first purchase from RE-CELL so I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that this phone will work for a long time. If everything goes smoothly with this S24+ mobile, I will purchase more renewed phones from RE-CELL.
