Aww, this dress is soo cute! It’s a good quality costume dress that could be worn as a party dress too. It’s well made and feels like it’s good quality for a costume. It’s also true to size and fits lovely.I haven’t tried washing it yet, just in case but I think it would be fine to hand wash.
