Very delicious and make an extra large loaf of bread.

If I could leave a 10 star review, this mix deserves it. These biscuits were amazing and better than any non gluten free biscuit I've ever had. My daughter in law was so excited to be able to enjoy these with gluten free sausage and gravy we made for a family holiday brunch. It has been years since she has eaten biscuits like this due to celiac disease and she was nearly in tears with joy! Thank you so much!

I bought this for frying fish for my family. My daughter was going dairy and gluten free, so I bought this. Works great with mixing with water and dropping the battered fish into olive or avocado oil. Better than restaurant fried fish and chips.

Very tasty coating mix for chicken. Perfectly seasoned.

I am used to making breads using yeast, so not a problem. Maybe a little complicated for a beginner, but do-able. Taste great. Definitely worth the wait. Beware, the yeast packet is buried in the flour. Not noticeable when you open the box. Will buy again.

Gluten free, perfect texture

I like the idea that it's whole grain not just rice flour like lots of gluten-free mixes are. I like pepper there's very detailed instructions on the package. What I don't like is that in spite of following the instructions very closely the bread was very dense, did not rise much, was overly chewy and the flavor was just a little sour/strong. For the price the quality was not there and I would not purchase this again. Still searching for that perfect GF bread mix!
