Very Good quality. It is best to eat or drink this with food. If you only drink this as a shake, it may be hard to digest when you start. It has a lot of mushrooms, greens and vegetables. It cleanses your digestive tract while you absorb the nutrients.Easy and convenient to order. It is very hard to match these ingredients with any other brands. The blend is top notch. I’m a fitness instructor and I need my vitamins and more. Maybe people order from Dr. Furhman’s on line sight, but this is easier for me. If you are not familiar with him, please research his books, videos and webinars.

This stuff tastes like chalk. If I could give zero stars, I would do so. Long time WFPBNO diet here too, so not a newbie to eating plants. Simply gross.

Nice flavor if you don’t want sweet stuff!

I bought this product on Dr. Fuhrman's website. I make a smoothie everyday with apple, orange juice, & kale. I'm now adding a scoop of Dr. Fuhrman's Complete Greens to give it a boost. It blends in easily. The flavor is mild. It doesn't upset my stomach. I'll keep buying this stuff.

I am very impressed with this mix. Typically with these ingredients you get either an undrinkable texture/taste, or a very artificial flavor added to make it drinkable. Somehow, this mix packs a huge amount of nutrition into a very smooth, light and drinkable shake. There is no artificial flavor, and essentially no flavor at all (not as clean as water, but tasteless compared to similar products).If you love sweet drinks you might not enjoy this, but if you're looking for a light, easy drinking solution, without added sweeteners/artificial flavors I think you'll enjoy this option.It is also impressive how much vegan protein they were able to pack into a single scoop, on top of all the other nutrition.Hopefully the labelling is accurate, because it almost feels too good to be true! enjoy!
