I'd give this little chainsaw 10 stars if I could. It's unbelievably good. I tried and failed last season to sort some big pruning jobs on my own using a manual saw and secateurs and it absolutely knackered me. I'm a petite woman with minimal upper body strength and there are just some things I physically can't manage. Before shelling out hundreds of pounds to hire help, I took a risk on this saw and I'm just blown away by what I've achieved with it today. It's made a massive, difficult job so easy to complete. It's excellent quality and cut through 2" branches like butter. It was also fantastic at cutting through big established brambles. It's still in perfect condition after an hour and half's solid work and the battery still has plenty power left in it, which was very surprising. Everything is top notch - the machine, the accessories, the storage box, the charger and both batteries. Cannot fault this at all. It also came with the sweetest letter from the manufacturer who employs disabled people to make these chainsaws. In today's crazy world, their letter put a big smile on my face. Thank you.

I had been meaning to buy a mini chainsaw for quite a while and inevitably the time came for me to choose one. Having looked at other more recognised manufacturers offerings I came across this one. After reading the reviews and the price, being over half that of the initial intended purchase I decided to bite the bullet and I’m so glad I did. On opening the decent quality carrying case you find 2x21v batteries, a charger, a pack containing a spare chain, a tool to remove the cover that keeps the bar in place and taught, a small screwdriver to help with the tensioner, a small plastic bottle for chain oil (not supplied) some instructions and of course the beast itself. Very well made and with a chain already fitted all ready to slide in one of the 21v batteries and away you go. The battery seemed to be charged to a certain level not sure if full or not so gave it about 30 mins till the wall charger (plugin) turns from red to green then you’re fully charged. I had some 3 to 4 inch thick branches to cut up and it dealt with those no problem. One thing I will say is Do Not try to cut very thin pieces that aren’t attached to a branch or bush as the saw will just jump and you risk accident/injury. The saw is very nicely weighted and single handed use is no problem, the built on safety chain guard is excellent and the overall performance is fantastic for such a cheap tool. Design wise I don’t think it could really be improved too much.

This is a good little product once set up properly. Yes there is a chain already fitted to this chainsaw on arrival but it requires tensioning and lubrication before use. Having loosened the sprocket guard, found out it was too loose when chain and chain guide fell off. Whoops. Not the suppliers or manufacturers fault I happen to add. Unbeknownst to me I'd fitted the chain back in the wrong orientation. When it wasn't cutting well I went back to basics, freezing the supplier video to get a close-up of the orientation of the chain, plus looking up guides on tinternet. Reassembled to the correct orientation and tensioned & lubricated before use. Now works like a good un. Pruning my tree in double quick time. It is very efficient and easy to use one-handed. Works better on dead wood than greenstick. Loses a star for tendancy to snatch a bit when cutting greenstick, near the end of the cut, so have developed the habit of cutting from one side, then finishing from the other side. Another reason it lost the star was the quality of the gloves provided. The weave is too loose, on one of the occasions when it snatched on greenstick a thorn had gone through the weave and because I was holding the branch down with my other hand, a thorn had snagged the glove pulling my left hand towards the chain causing a minor injury to my left index finger. But I must emphasise that on release of the trigger the chain stops very quickly. I would recommend the following for anyone thinking of buying this chainsaw:- A) Buy some decent gloves. B) Familiarise yourself with the correct orientation of the chain to achieve more efficient cutting and battery life. C) Use a decent chain lube oil before use and after cleaning. This is small and light, yet pretty powerful for its size. It comes with two batteries, each easily give a runtime of 30 minutes in total. It seems good quality, and the chain doesn't need tightening too much. I'm not convinced it would handle 4 inch logs as its main task, but I wouldn't expect that from a saw this size. It's good for pruning, also good for cutting planks ready to chop kindling. I'm delighted with it.

What a jem of a chainsaw so easy to use but please read safety guide first. Cuts cleanly and fast, very lightweight, very well designed, well balanced the first log I cut was 6 inches saw did this with no problems. All I had to do was add oil to lubricat the chain before use.great little chainsaw for those small jobs.

De un presupuesto de una empresa de jardinería de 408€ para podar un árbol (además de otras condiciones) a los 39,99€ y en quince minutos empleados con esta mini motosierra, hay una buena diferencia. Muy manejable, no pesa nada, las baterías tienen una duración más que aceptable y la potencia es adecuada para trabajos de jardinería. Muy satisfecho.

Hallo !! Hatte erst überlegt weil die Säge recht Preiswert ist , aber es hat sich gelohnt !! Sie hat keine Kohlebürsten und muss ab und zu per Hand geölt werden !! Ist aber kein Problem !! Ich habe eine Woche damit durch gearbeitet und ca eine 50 Meter lange und 5 Meter hohe Hecke entastet!! Das Ding lief und lief und lief !! Man muss sich zu Anfang erst an die Gängigkeit und den Rückschlag gewöhnen aber dann funzt es !! Also mein Fazit!! Für den Preis und mit zwei Akkus und im Koffer mit Ersatzkette ( die ich noch nicht gebraucht habe ) ist das ein gutes Heimwerkerteil !! Hoffentlich bleibst auch bei der Qualität des Verkäufers !! Danke mal was anständiges !!😜
