I ordered the pot 5ltr. It is big enough for 5-6 people easy. Quality feels premium,heavy weight, nice design , but it is little bit overpriced, I got mine for3900 . Otherwise it is a 5 star product

0star to seller & its eturn policy. bergner milk vessel price Rs1199 was added on its own to cart when i add this bergner vessel priced Rs2979 saying i am eliglible for a free vessel. but it charged me for both vessels. when arrived both the vessels dint meet my requirements, they were smaller so returned them both immediately as it is. paid Rs 4178 in total but got a refund of Rs 2926. it deducted Rs1252 under Promotional discount deduction. i return both item yet charged Rs1252.thats kind of Cheating under return policy.i could have got a new vessel from other brand in that price. i want you to refund me fully back Rs1252

Good product heavy build. Lid is thin and a bit sharp edges should be made better. The measurement line on the inside is a good touch. The handles good but are not heat proof and cannot be touched while cooking. The company should consider adding a heatproof handle.
