You just pop one in the fridge or use it straight from the box and boom—cool comfort for that very sore situation down there. The pad is soft, not bulky, and it actually stays put. Plus, it didn’t irritate my skin at all, which I was worried about because everything felt like it was on fire. I had a second-degree tear, and these helped way more than those little Tucks pads. Honestly, I kept a stash next to my peri bottle and mesh undies. 10/10 would recommend to any new mom. Treat yourself—you just birthed a human.

Worked fine but I wouldn’t freeze these as it personally was too cold for me. They were fine in the fridge. I preferred frida mom’s cooking pads as they were an actual pad in addition to the ice pack.
