What a fabulous chair and at such a reasonable price. Very easy to assemble and so very comfortable. The massage feature is ok and the heater lovely. Great extras such as 2 cup holders and two pockets for books / magazines etc. really comfy to sit on a several different positions to choose from. Very pleasantly surprised at the comfort and value for money.

We bought this recliner lift chair for our mother, who has dementia, and it has genuinely been life-changing. The lift function has made it so much easier and safer for her to stand up, which in turn has made moving her around far more manageable for us. It gives her confidence, and it gives us peace of mind. The reclining feature is brilliant, and she finds it incredibly comfortable whether she’s sitting upright or lying back. The massage function is a lovely bonus — very soothing and relaxing for her — and the gentle heating feature is great, especially in the evenings. We chose the light grey colour and it looks so stylish in the room, much nicer than many medical-style chairs we looked at. For the price, the quality is outstanding and far better than we expected. It arrived in three boxes, and to our surprise it was extremely easy to assemble — everything fit together perfectly with no hassle. Overall, this chair has made a huge positive difference to our mum’s daily comfort and mobility. Highly recommended.

Tremendous value for the money. Extremely comfortable. The only downside and why I haven't given it 5 stars... when using the recliner or raising the chair its noisy. The motors are quite loud and it sounds like its creaking as such.

Deilivered l week earlier than expected,which did cause me a problem ,l needed to make room.However l am thrilled with my purchase l purchased 2,they are fabulous value ,very comfortable ,and a nice colour ,they are well made,and a little awkward to fit together ,they are riser recliners with heat and massage.l think they are value for money,and good sturdy, quality ,they recline well ,the noise level at pressant is quiet.l have no issues and would reccomend them

This is the most comfortable chair I’ve had, my son put it together and said it was so easy and good instructions.lovely to have the heat and massage controls and very good having the ubs ports, my wine glass fits nice and snug in the cup holder 😂. Good quality and good price

The chair seems very good but I would definitely suggest that you have two people to put it together as you need two pairs of eyes to align the different sections into their respective guide rails. It's light enough to assemble yourself but the upholstery gets in your way when you're trying to align the parts. Also, it is made from square section tubing and there are six legs which need something under them to protect your floor or carpet. I used some teflon coated furniture glider cups which I bought from Amazon and they protect the carpet and make the chair easier to move. You will need these. It's a shame that the chair doesn't come with these. There are two plug in adapters. One for the riser recliner function and one for the heat and massage function. I personally don't want the heat and massage functions so I haven't wired that adaptor to the chair and the remote control provided controls the heat and massage. It's quite firm but it is well padded and I am very impressed by this chair for the price. In fact I will be buying another one. It came in three boxes and were delivered by DPD. The first courier delivered to my door but the second DPD courier was going to leave the two heavier sections in the lobby of where I live. I caught him before he left and made sure that he delivered to my front door of where I actually live. I have let the seller know about this and also Amazon. Amazon have been very helpful. If you are elderly or disabled then the seller needs to make sure that the couriers they use deliver the packages to the front door of the customer. All in all it seems like a very good chair for the price though I have only had it for two days. Up date11th February 2026 Received a second chair yesterday and am not too sure about it. The first chair I bought is really solid but the one I received today wobbles from side to side and it's been put together incorrectly. I think maybe some of the screws and bolts etc might need tightening up better but I don't know. I will get in touch with the seller tomorrow and see what they say. They seem ok to deal with but watch this space. DPD did deliver correctly today. 11th February. I bought another of the same chair from Bare Tay and it was delivered correctly by DPD. Thank you Amazon and Bare Tay. But the second chair wobbles from side to side and when in a normal sitting position the back of the chair slants too much. The first chair is great but the second one isn't. I don't necessarily want a refund as I still want another of the same chair. Hopefully Bare Tay will deliver me a replacement chair and take the slanty, wobbly one back. If they send me a replacement hopefully it will be as good as the first chair.

Chair is a fantastic aid for my elderly mother. It’s so comfy, easy to use and simple to put together ( you don’t even need any tools !!) Great value for money. She uses it as a rise and recliner. I must say the ‘massage’ seems to be just some ‘ripples’ running through the chair and I wouldn’t compare it to a masssge chair that I’ve ever used. It’s a very gentle effect. The heating aspect doesn’t get very hot either- but we bought it to help her get to her feet and to sit down. It is great value for money in my opinion. Also shipping was really fast- it arrived days before it was supposed to. She is very happy with it.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Great price and reasonable quality, required two people to assemble , but it wasn’t difficult to do but is heavy so would recommend paying the extra for provider to assemble , a little disappointed that the reclining and rising action only works using the side buttons which aren’t shown on any of the photos , so good dexterity is required to operate the main functions you will use everyday plus fabric is a little corse and scratchy but easily resolved with a throw of cover
