I'm having it daily. Will get yo know the result of it once bottle finishes. It is quite early to give result oriented review now.

It's bright orange inside. Which is a good sign. It helped me reduce my CRP from around 3.4 levels to 1 in 4 months. After 1 month it was around 2.4. Took some actual crushed pepper alongside with 2 tablets. I also took fish oil capsules.
