Completely useless product
Completely useless, I started by taking one tablet the first day but no use, then on second day I tried two still no use, on the 3rd night even after taking 3 tablets together still no use at all, so I stopped taking it anymore, just wasted my money

Super effective. Im taking 1/4 of that small grain but still make me sleep so good.

One tablet taken with a meletonin and an Ambien tab and I quickly fall asleep and don't wake until morning.

Took one pill, as per directions and it helped me go to sleep and stay asleep all night. (if you use this nightly, consider going a week without, after using up a one-bottle quantity) Thanks Amazon, for the no-hassle, great delivery and a very good price!!

Far better than Benadryl has the same ingredient as Unisom at a quarter of the price. Highly recommend them they help me to sleep almost every night.
