I had high hopes for this product but they were sadly dashed after just 15 minutes. Following a relatively straightforward hook up to my WiFi LAN and signing into YTube, and Google play, the remote suddenly lost connection. I’d put new batteries in as this device doesn’t come with any bundled. I removed these in the tried and tested format but still no good. I tried a hard reset (power off for 60 secs, batteries out of remote, batteries back in, power up and hit the home button whilst booting. Nothing. Then tried the factory reset button which also didn’t work so it’s going back and all my passwords will be reset because I couldn’t strip out my data from the device!Total flop. Would suggest spending a bit more for a better one.

Instruction manual is very poor but once I figured out how to navigate with toggling mouse mode on or off it worked well. I bought it because Freeview signal is very poor at my location and I was able to install Freeview app and watch it over WiFi. I also installed other apps such as Netflix and Prime TV and even RTE player which isn't normally available in Northen Ireland (not on Sky anyway). Meets my requirements well.

Nice tv box and easy to use

Very slow. Freezes. Remote only partially works.Returned and bought Fires Stick.
