Poor quality...Feels like plastic pipe...not sure how many days it will last...fittings are not as per standard Indian fittings...need separate adapters for water inlets...completely disappointed..

We purchased this faucet when our sensor faucet was not working properly. It took longer to remove the old faucet than to install this new one. Fast installation, hoses were just the right length-not too short like other faucet hoses that require you to add another hose to reach the water valve. The price was less than half of the sensor faucet, and works way better. The quality is good, and hope to have this faucet for a long time. I also want to add that the customer service of the seller is the best. They followed up to make sure my faucet was working!

Looked at big box stores to find a set of taps that on average for the style I wanted were around $250 to $300 for the big brand names, seen this set on Amazon for what seemed a too good to be true price and thought I’d try them.. I was shocked. From getting the box with the taps packaged in precision cut foam to the ease of install and very decent quality of the product I am so happy. Have been using it for 2 weeks with no issues, time will tell!

Faucet arrived with no adaptors. Advertised as 3/8" tails but they're much smaller than that. The plumber couldn't find an adaptor that fits. I messaged the seller who said to buy 3/8" adaptors which is of no help when we already tried that and it didn't fit!So far this is a useless item and I can't use my sink

This product has a great look & feel. Works easily and better yet the installation was a breeze! Instructions are there for those that need them. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a new faucet. Also little to no splash back in my deep sink (unlike the overpriced one I had there before that leaked).

Our kitchen counter salesperson suggested we look on Amazon for a faucet, remarking that many of her clients had been very happy with the inexpensive fixtures on offer there. So we looked and chose this one that was rated highly and had an attractive appearance.It was easy to install and we've been enjoying it for over a month now. The spray head selection is not as aggressive as our old spray head, but that does not detract from my positive assessment of the faucet.Shortly after delivery, I started receiving communication from the seller thanking me for my purchase and offering me a choice of gifts as a token of their appreciation. The emails continued to update me on the shipping status of the gift (I had chosen a spare valve cartridge for the eventuality that one day the original one will need to be replaced) until it arrived. It was quite heartwarming to be the recipient of that much earnest attention after the sale.
