Very quiet fan that moves a ton of air. Use it both for heating and cooling. Looks quite elegant with the natural wood, and brushed steel trim. Was surprisingly easy to install using the existing 110v wiring, although the screw holes on the first blade were a little tricky to align. Highly recommended!

The instructions are clear but it takes time to carefully execution. Took over 3 hours to complete the installation. The blade made of beautiful wood. Parts included were quality. However, it’s very disappointing that the manufacturer didn’t consider including the AAA batteries especially it’s over$250 fan! We searched the box still had to wait till next day after shop in store to turn on the fan with the remote control. Consider 72” lengths blades, balance was good, quiet on speed 1-4, when we turned on 5, heard a loud noise which startled us and dog jumped. Luckily nothing crashed down. We didn’t want to test on the speed 6 worrying about what might happen as speed 5’s produced loud noise my husband quickly power off. Speed1-4 generated good airflow. We bought two of this 72” fans, one for the great room. The other for the outdoor cover porch. We love the modern slick look of the simplicity of 3 blades and hope not need to turn on a speed higher than 4. I rated 3 stars because of loud noise on speed 5, complicity of installation and no battery included for high quality unit. Update: I am impressed with the after-sales service with Boosant, a replacement motor delivered! I expect a partial refund for the trouble of reinstalling the quieter motor but I am at shock that Boosant not only provide the refund but the full refund of one of our two ceiling Fans purchased. We love the quality of real wood blades, the motor is much quieter than any of our ceiling Fans (among 6 in the past 20 years) I update my review and star rating to encourage and support the quality production of this supplier.

We bought this fan last year, we waited for about three months to install it since construction was not finished on our patio cover. After installing it, it worked beautifully, but then we had to stop using it because of further construction and too much dirt in the air. When we went to start fan, after 4 months it would not work. I notified the company they immediately responded on instructions on how to set my remote, after trying, what was advised it still did not work again. I again notified company and received a rapid response saying they would send a new remote and receiver which they did expediently, the fan would work and stop work and stop again. I notified them and again they responded very quickly and very nicely and we’re very accommodating and sending a new fan to replace it! What wonderful customer service from this company! something you don’t see much nowadays, all correspondence were very kind, fast and more than eager to make things right. The fan is absolutely beautiful. I get lots of comments now from it. It matches our patio cover and gives off plentiful airflow which we absolutely love. I’m so glad I went with this company and chose this fan!, I definitely recommend this fan to anyone.
