Q: is this a towel plus hairwarp (it does look like it from the picture) ......Or is it just a hair wrap ?

The towel does have an elastic attached to it so you can wrap your hair in a turban style while wet.

Q: Does anyone know if these are in smaller sizes

I'm sure I have seen them smaller on Amazon.... This towel is a good size & so thick x

Nope, it’s just a normal towel and it has a loop to hang it up but no button to keep the twist in place
