These are so good. I recently started to try to get more protein in my diet and saw these and thought I would give them a try. They are high in protein and taste amazing. I have never tried edamame beans before and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and freshness of the beans. When you need a little crunch but want something healthier than a chip these things are perfect! I have already added them to my auto ship order! So good, if you are on the fence, for sure give these a try. I am so glad I did!

I love and hate these. I got the wasabi and soy flavor and they're very tasty. Just enough salt, but they are hot. Not spicy like pepper, you don't feel it in your throat. You do feel it on your lips and tongue. I'm on the whimpy side of spice and this pushes it for me but they're additive so I deal with the heat.

These things are SO GOOD! I love finding healthy crunchy, protein filled snack alternatives and this has instantly become my go to.
