basically generic benadryl. Works great, assuming benadryl makes you drowsy! great non addictive sleep aid.

I only need half the dose to not only fall asleep, but sleep through the night. I would highly recommend and would repurchase.

This works well for aiding sleep when perimenopause interferes with my sleep quality. The recommended dose is 50mg/30ml and the provided dosing cup is marked clearly as a guide. It only gets a 4 because the wild berry flavor is a little harsh, unlike the usual cherry or bubble gum flavoring in most diphenhydramine liquids.

Works just like the more expensive brands but works just the same and quick. The taste is okay but that's not why I bought it

This product works as it should, good for those occasional nights when you need a little something extra to get to sleep. Works the same as the well known brand.
