This is a fun kit for kids that love dragons and dinos and have great imaginations to role play with the completed results. The instructions are pretty easy to follow for a 10+kids but would be challenging for younger kids without help. The end product would be a little cheesy for teens, but it's an engaging product for children and they can be proud of the tangible result of their work. And durable and easy to carry any where

Its very interesting that from flat board, such amazing 3D shapes can be made. Definitely it makes children learn significantly. It turns into very nice shapes, and children like to play with it as well as decorate their room. High durability parts are given.

Bought for a friends son as a birthday gift, they liked it.

I bought it for my nephews and they loved it. This is a great activity! It keeps kids busy and learning with fun. They get to use their brains and creativity while they play. It's like a workout for their minds! Plus, it's something you can do together to make fun memories.

The media could not be loaded.  All products from Smartivity are excellent DIY to keep kids occupied. This contains two DIY , unicorn and alligator both of which came nicely once completed. Makes good choice for birthday gift as well.

We love getting our kids various craft and build kits to keep them busy when they are tracked out from school. This is one of their favorites and it was fun to build and made some really cool toys. I built the crocodile with our 6 year old daughter and though it was a lot of steps, it went smoothly and was fairly easy. I helped our 4 year old build the unicorn as his hands just weren't skilled enough to manipulate the tiny rubber bands skillfully enough yet. The toys function great and so far have survived our extremely distruction children, which speaks volumes for the quality of the kit and the materials they use. I do wish there were more kit options geared for boys and girls, but not a huge issue.

Dang it, I really wish I could give the pegasus to my childhood self, how I would have loved to build a toy like this, though I'm happy for my own daughter to have the opportunity. I was positively obsessed with them as a kid. It's really nice to see a science toy with a unicorn-pegasus theme since usually they are something that you find in art-themed toys.I have to confess that I didn't realize when I requested this set that the crocodile is a girl with a cute little bow, making both of these toys good for girls. But my 7-year-old son got the croc and he didn't mind that it was a girl. I think kids care less about that sort of thing than they did when I was little, and that's a good thing. He needed a little bit of help, but also got to participate with enough of the building steps that it was rewarding for him. My 12-year-old daughter was completely independent and she was delighted with the results.The instructions were very clear and the booklet is full color, which makes it much easier to build than it would be otherwise. Everything you need comes with the kit, including a tiny crochet-looking hook to put the bands in place. It's a well-designed kit and my kids really loved it. Smartivity has a few other kits that are on my radar for homeschooling this fall. They're a neat company.

My kids really enjoyed putting together these smartivity kits. The instructions were easy to use and they were able to do them completely on their own. The kits are really well made and seems like the toys will last a while! Great kits for rainy days stuck inside.

These are cute and easy to put together for my 9 year old. They come with extra pieces in case some are lost. The cardboard actually feels sturdy that it won't break real quick. The instructions are easy to follow. However, I would recommend it for the older range of kids.

This kit is everything it is advertised to be! It was easy to put together and has plenty of parts, in case some get lost. At first I was afraid that the cardboard parts were too thin and would easily get destroyed. However, they are actually very strong, with the plastic coating. The colors are bright and fun! Great activity with good instructions.
