Wanted a pillow around my ear while I slept but this was giant and not worth the trouble

This thing is as hard as a rock. The only thing it helps me with is it keeps me from actually rolling over onto that side of my head. I do not recommend

I suppose you might need this if you've had surgery and really need to protect your ear at the cost of sleeping comfort, but if you just want a daily wear sort of thing to avoid soreness, this is way too thick to be comfortable.

It's like trying to sleep on a styrofoam ice chest. Plus there is a very hard piece of plastic or metal inside where the seam is. It would be impossible to sleep on this so it's going back.

It provides very little head support and even with the strap it still bumps my industrial piercing
