Very small cute over my balcony rail. Would have given 5 if they were bigger. I've planted some bulbs in mine hopefully they will grow.

Perfect addition to a small balcony - pretty vintage look. My only complaint was with the hanging hooks. They don’t fit very well into the base but work well once they have been suspended with the weight of the pot/plant. Recommended!
