Because she had black paint on her face that took about 15 minutes to wash off with soapy water and I probably damaged the rest of the paint job in the process because now half of her face is shiny and the other half isn't. I'll probably never use that face now 🤷🏼‍♂️ I think the paint had transfered from her hair onto her face, but there was no damage on the box.
