This product should be banned from being sold as a cure for tinnitus. By watching an abnormally long video, I was excitedly fooled into thinking it really would help or "cure" tinnitus. It's a Funky tasting liquid you take daily by mouth, not drops to put in your ears. After a month of drops, It does nothing! If I had any left, I would send it back for a refund.Save your money.......see a doctor/audiologist for real help.

As with most supplements, your experience may differ from mine. I've been taking this for 3 1/2 months and the effect it has on my hearing has been gradual bu apparant. I've had tinnitus for 50 years, so I did not expect immediate relief. My physician ;looked at the ingredient list and noted it had many known benefits. I hope the tinnitus disappears eventually, but I am grateful for the reduction in intensity I've already experienced. Good stuff in my opinion.

save your money, sold me $29.00 of sugar water, I gave them one star because at least i receive the product....

After using this product for more than a month to treat my severe tinnitus, I have not experienced any benefits. Given that others have noted results after using it for up to three months, I am committed to continue taking it. Any change would be greatly appreciated.

I was a little unsure if this would work, as I have tried many products. For the first few days I can't honestly say I felt a difference. My ears would buzz when I would lay my head down to sleep. I didn't give up hope and have been taking it religiously for a few weeks now. I can now say that I have not had very many episodes of the buzzing and ringing and I seem to hear a little better too, even not wearing my hearing aids. I am looking forward to getting 2 months in and see if it keeps improving.

It has an intense grape flavor. After using it over a week, no signs of improvement, despite taking a dropper full each morning and night. If anything changes, I will update my ratings and comments.After nearly three weeks, my chorus of crickets seem to be less in numbers and frequencies, is it a placebo? Time will tell…After 2 months, there is no improvement. At least for me, it does not work.

The ringing in my ears took a least 3 to 4 weeks to be almost gone but I’m satisfied. I still hope it will take the noise (ringing,whistling) away for good

My husband used this exactly as directed but experienced absolutely no change to his tinnitus. We were very disappointed that it had no effect whatsoever. What a complete waste of money.
