Our grandsons are 5 & 8, we bought it as a birthday gift for the 8 year old. The box says it takes 10 - 25 mins to play, this is great for this age group. It is easy to set up, easy to play, and no one gets sent home or forced out. The parts are quality made and great value for the cost. We had so much fun playing, and since you can change the starting positions it really changes the game. There is strategy, thinking, and planning to challenge smart little minds. We played all day, even the adults loved the game. Ages 5, 8, 41, 43, 69, 71.

Originally bought this for my 10 year old but it was way to simple for him so now my 5 year old claimed it as hers. She can easily play the game without assistance and enjoys playing with the pieces by herself

Why did you pick this product vs others?: A very good STEM game to play with a child, and an easy, hands-on way to teach about circuitry. There aren't any other games out there like this, so it's a narrow category. But it's fast, pretty easy to pick up on, and a fun way to learn science!

A great gift for your teen, up to 4 players. Fun to play. Teens enjoy the ease of the function in applying the board snaps. The light up at the end is amazing.

This game works well and is very fun. This is my favorite snap circuits item.

Update - I reached out to the manufacturer and they were lovely. They sent us the proper instructions and a free gift! The kids really enjoy the game! I ordered this for Christmas but in November - we didn't get around to playing it until January (too late to return from my 11/23 order date). It is a cool game... we watched the overview video that could be accessed by the QR code but it is super basic and doesn't explain any of the advanced options. We've looked and can't seem to find the directions in english anywhere online. The site that houses the video simply announces that the game is "coming in 2024." Certainly takes some of the fun and value away from the game when you have to just kinda guess at MANY of the finer points. My kids are 8 and 11 and very interested in the more complex options.

We play this weekly as a family of 3. It's entertaining without being overly complicated; however, you do need to use strategy. High quality pieces that have held up great.

Great family game!!! This game is so much fun. we bought it last year for my 6-year-old who is now seven and he beats us all the time. He even helps his older adult sister when she's losing. Also have taken it into multiple grade level classes when I do long term substitute jobs. All the students and grade levels love this game!

We have been enjoying it. It can become quite competitive when one disrupts others' plans, but that simply indicates a strong defensive strategy. It is enjoyable and provides an opportunity to learn about circuits.

Bought for Easter - we have played many times since opening it and it is always fun to switch the base plates to different areas on the board. The pieces are sturdy and I have no worries about them breaking or snapping. Having a component with a real, different coloured lights makes the play more exciting, especially for younger kids. It is perfect for a 6 year old, and we have even been playing the challenge games with no problems.
