Went with 80kBTU unit as we only have 1/2” natural gas supply and other well known tankless heater manufacturers whose names also start with “R” require 3/4 to 1” lines for this distance and their units are rated much higher than we need. (150K BTU). Sound level is minimal, handles one bed one shower space with one fixture on at a time. Quality appears good, but to meet local US building code needed double wall exhaust vent pipe.

No support, product does not preform.
Product will not hold a temp above the highest preset, runs warm and cold intermittently, nothing in the instructions about how to lock a temp, approx 10 calls to Ranein support line always says call back, chat AI cannot provide instruction and says someone will call back in a few minutes. Zero return calls, product and support are a zero. My next purchase will first include calling a support line to make sure there is support.

I thought it was a good product
The worst tankless gas, hot water heater I have bought put me in so much trouble the gas valve that’s supposed to open and let the gas keep sticking
