Secure Fit for Large Ears
Fits well with my large ears (usually need a large or XL silicone tip to make isolation work). They are decently flush, do not sick out far. I appreciate the custom tip and wing sizes. I have not tried the Polar Watch Health Features that sync with this, but I can tell you that it is great to see Realtime heart rate and body temp (seems accurate when comparing with my other sensors) in the Sennheiser App. Because they fit snug, I do get a bit of ear fatigue but these are the only earbuds that stay in my ear with sports, eating, or moving. Noice Canceling is great, worked well on a pain. "Wind mode" seems to work like transparency mode on other earbuds. The sound... better than Pixel Buds Pro 2, possibly better than Bose... Nice highs and good balanced lows (not overpowering bass but there is an emphasis on base). First pair of earbuds to have the treble be sharp and precise, I love the sound. A bit expensive at full cost but if you can get on a deal, I would recommend them if you need noise canceling earbuds and have hard to fit (always fall out) type of ears.

Horrible touch controls, bad noise cancelling
Three gripes: (1) touch controls, (2) noise cancelling and (3) comfort. (1) Touch controls don’t work properly, cannot be turned off, and are unintuitive. 1/3 of the time they don’t respond to touch; they also trigger when they’re adjusted for fit, or even when chewing food or encountering a bump while driving. The app provides VERY limited ability to customize or disable touch controls, so I often hang up calls when simply trying to adjust them in my ear, and I cannot disable this. There are too many controls they trigger (e.g. hanging up, volume up, volume down, anti wind) via unintuitive touch patterns (I’m a software engineer in my 20s so I’m no stranger to technology). (2) Noise cancelling is sub par, particularly because it breaks and clicks very consistently when (a) riding over bumps in the road and (b) chewing food. (3) Fit/comfort is OK at best and it gets itchy when left in for long. Sound quality is fine and it stays in the ear well, but the touch controls and noise cancelling are so bad I cannot rate it above 1 star. I do not recommend this product.

Poor volume control, and the eq doesn't work as expected
Sound quality is good anc works as expected. Thought there's very little control over the volume level especially on the low end. It goes from mute to comfortable listening volume. If I want to listen to something at a low volume I can only get the volume low enough by using developer options so the Bluetooth volume is it's not linked to the internal volume of the earbuds. For this I have to disable absolute volume and restart my phone. This works and I get the control of the volume on the low end but lose it on the high end. The maximum volume is now lower. So if I want to listen at a higher volume, I have to change the setting again and restart my phone. I tried using an app that changed the number of steps the phone volume has to 100. So one step is 1%. I'd still like to be able to get it quieter then it's is at 1% without having to use developer options to turn on and off the absolute volume. I've never had this issue with any other headphone, earbud, wireless speaker, or car audio. I tried using the EQ in the app to accomplish the same thing and of course it had no effect. The issue is that the sliders for the EQ in their app are relative to other slider positions. So if all of the sliders are brought down to -6b it sounds the same as if they're all in the center. I was able to use Androids EQ to bring the volume down a little bit lower.

Great product except sound quality
I bought these looking for a better fit than my Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4s. After some adjustments with the provided ear wings and buds, the fit is hands down better. However, I rate the sound quality a 3/5 compared to the Momentum 4s, which I rate 4.5/5. Everything else with the buds worked flawlessly for me, the sound is just subpar compared to other brands and other products from Sennheiser. Sennheiser has a phone app that allows adjustments for sound, outside noise, health notifications, etc

I was excited about these earbuds, but the Bluetooth connectivity is terrible. They frequently disconnect and the sound quality is mediocre at best. For the price, I expected much better performance.
