Poor Quality of Mobile unfortunately
I understand that this is a refurbished mobile, but the quality is very poor. It is not the same model as mentioned; it has been completely altered. Many parts have been replaced, and the body color does not match the inside frame. Additionally, the battery health is extremely low.

Phone is shutting down - screen goes black but phone still on
There's a glitch in the system - phone goes black - then turns back on again in a few mins - not it's not overheating - can't get in touch with seller
