OSHI NO KO: SEASON 1 COLLECTION [Blu-ray]

Sturdy box and worth the price for this great anime! The plastic cover around the steel book does allow it some additional protection!

It's honestly a great physical copy of the season 1 of the anime.

Interesting format reverse Isekai!!!

This is one of my first intentional purchases of a movie/TV series and something I’ve heard of before but not seen before. It’s quite expensive at £26+ (excluding shipping fees) at the time of purchase for a 2 disc set and if you’re like me and imported it to somewhere like the United Kingdom you will need a multi region player otherwise you will not be able to watch it. I have to say that this is a very beautiful looking animation not just into the animation department but also the art style which kinda reminds me of Demon Slayer’s art style. Likeable characters and I like how it shows how high profile individuals get treated on their social media platforms with nasty messages as well as what can happen to these individuals with dangerous stalkers (Won’t spoil anything for those who want to watch)

Show itself is a 5/5 anime, knocked a star off due to the production of the Blu Ray.Each Blu Ray disk has un-skippable adds at the start (before you his the main menu) including one for Hdive, this is a major pet peeve for me.Also, I found the subtitles to be overly literal and the only option is to have yellow font (still serviceable).

Possibly my favourite anime of all time (at least my top 5) can't wait to see season 2 & beyond.

I absolutely loved season one of Oshi no Ko and im so happy to have it on Blu-ray now! I'm really excited for season 2
