This car is so fast , holly smokes,, I was not expecting that. I crashed it a few times and parts were easy to get on Amazon if you follow the numbers in the parts manual and are inter changeable with similar 1/14 scales.. i would consider odering two like i did so you have one to drive while the other truck is under repair, im 55years of age.. this toy is more for adults , i feel. Also about the speed: 70% is fast and manageable. 100% is extremely fast but I did notice a better response in the steering but I could be my imagination, then there is an overriding where you can oress the on button 5x and holly smokes it is lightning speed. The 70% in this mode is faster then the 70% in normal mode and , well, the 100% in override is ludicrous. I was thinking I’d custom make a wheelie sled. I feel the override mode woul be best for the paddle tires in sand. I use the no mark modes in tall grass and it still flies; in fact, the 70% mode works exceptionally well in grass. Some good tips: before you use your car go through and make sure the parts and red alloy beam is tightened. Survey the area you will drive your care beforehand so you dont hit unwanted obstacles, clean your car a paint brush and canned air plus Inspect it after every use , order extra front an arms. Body, right away and a differential, you won’t regret it. This car really is incredible. The hobby shop guys were not interested in helping be because it was from China but let me tell you, IT DOES NIT MATTER BECAUSE GHIS CAR IS ON POINT AND SUPER FUN… its very simple to work on if you go slow and pay attention, get the right tools and you will not have any issues. Once he or she understands the car there is potential for modification.. for the price this is an exceptional value and hobby car… I’m going to upgrade the receiver after I see what best , I’d like Better response time when driving but for the most part I’m giving this remote an 87% out of 100%. Aldo put a buggy flag on it so when it’s far away you can tell which direction it is facing, this will help . I hope this review helps. Remember I’m 55years of age and somewhat new to RC trucks and I have a back ground in mechanics so I have a pretty good ideas about how stuff works.. have fun you won’t regret it

I love this little truck! It is quick and pretty durable. I will end up replacing a lot of the suspension with the aluminum upgrades.cause I think it will be much better at the long run ..the only thing I’m having trouble right now with the (14700B Servo Assembly) due to breaking steering parts now my steering system keeps making noise and getting stuck in one direction. This was totally my fault though! When you hit things at full speed, stuff is going to break...lol! I like the speed options also. Setting the speed controller to insane mode makes the truck almost too fast to control, but very fun. I usually run the speed controller at normal and the radio control at 100. I would recommend getting upgraded batteries and a good charger that balances the batteries. They stock batteries only run about 5 to 7 minutes and the stock charger takes forever and a day to charge. Not complaining, just a heads up if you plan on driving it a lot.

This is the third Rc car i bought for my kids from amazon. We have a huge back yard with grass, and woods and to really enjoy it I wanted a car that could drive everywhere. The only reason i put 4 stars is the fact that the car only comes with 1 battery when 2 are advertised and was a main reason I chose it over competitors with similar costs. Pros: This one is awesome!!! great battery life, great speed and torque and easy to drive its very durable. Goes over anything I have thrown at it. I avoid water since its not IP rated. Cons: The car only comes with one battery. The advertisement has 2 batteries. I tried amazon customer support and reaching out to the seller, No answer. So I returned it for a replacement only to get one battery again??? Either change the advertisement/price, or check the inventory to realize they didn't package 2 batteries from the factory. Outside of the 2 batteries it is freaking awesome. So much so, that when my friend came over and tried it for 10 minutes, he ran home and bought one for his son. It is super fast, super durable and pretty much goes anywhere. If your looking for a car that will go on grass especially you have to have 4wd, if not just a little bit of dew, or if the grass is a little long (say a week past normal cutting) forget it, even the strong fast 2wd drive cars will just sit and spin on anything that isn't gravel or concrete. This one no issues.. we made ramps and jumps and they love it...

If you want a good solid review here you go ! I have had this for about 6 months now . It is 199 dollars worth of fun ! It goes fast it is going to break .. expect that . I had to get parts it basically has a 1 year warranty unless you get the extended . Don’t do that because let’s keep it real this car will not last 2 years . It just goes to fast lol ! Dealing with customer service is a chore but they will eventually send you the parts and I’ve needed a few . It takes like a month and a half . It is very waterproof believe that ! It will go across the water but not constantly it will sink . It will drive under water as well but usually when it does it pulls a Willie under water and you’re going in to get it . My dog loves this car it is so much fun you can’t believe it . I’ve broken shocks steering armed you name it but it comes apart and goes beck together easily! Go over it when you get it and make sure everything is tight it comes with the tools . Don’t be like me check it and retighten thing about every 2 times you use it . This car is FAST things are going to come apart. Sure is a heck of a lot of fun !

Pretty disappointed how hot the esc and motor get just from 10 minute 2s runs. Had to put a extra fan for the esc and the stock fan hardly spins. Also changed the stock back differential and spur gear to the upgraded ones because i know the gears are made from bad metal. Fun car but the heating issues make it 3 stars for me. (Update): 4 days later and a rear dog bone breaks as you can see in the second picture smh. And now both the front and rear differentials are trash after a few runs. I would return this car if i didn't feel like dealing with this company. I was told by customer service since they already sent me free dog bones they can't send me differentials but they will take 20% off if i purchases new one's myself, what a joke! And last but not least day 26 of having this car and only one battery works now. Wish i didn't waste my money on this car!

I have always wanted a fast RC car. I kept buying random RC cars under $50 for years. Until I decided to go big and spend a little more. So, I decided to spend $200 on this one. Love it, I have now bought 2 of them. Extra batteries, turbo mode. 70%-100-% speed mode. Looks and feels amazing. It has front lights, so you can see it in the dark. It can go so fast you won't be able to handle it. It has an extra back wheel so you can do wheelies, and it helps it not flip over. Battery last approximately 30 mins to 7 mins (depending on speed modes, and usage). Don't worry, you have an extra battery, and it is really easy to change. You can even buy extra batteries and keep them fully charged. Things to consider? Be careful changing the wheels, or you might burn them if not installed correctly. You have to take the wheel, but not the little red metal inside of it. There are little pieces you have to check when changing the wheels. It is nothing confusing or hard, it's just something you might not expect. READ THE MANUAL Don't buy for small children, they will not be able to handle the speed and will break the car or the car might break them. Negative things to say? I've heard some replacement parts are not easy to get on local big RC stores, but you can get them online if you are willing to wait several days or even weeks.

I got this as a suggestion for a great fast RC truck. It was good out of the box , but the more I played with it the more trouble I seem to be having. First it loses signal while driving and then I can't control so it crashes. The next issue I found was that the steering completely stops so I thought the battery was low. Well it continues to speed forward or backwards but no steering. I switched with a new battery and had the same scenario until I shut everything off for a few minutes. Then it seemed to be working normal again. All in all a great buy at this price point. Maybe the issues will work themselves out but I haven't ever had the same mishaps in all my other 10 rcs that I own. Might have to write to the company for more support. Also very drifty when running fast. Seems to drift to the left very hard. Tried adjusting steering but no change.
