Two Magnetic Keys Included – May Require Mounting Blocks Or Alternate Placement
I have to admit that I had a sort of mental block when thinking through how best to install these. Some of our kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets have door openings that are several inches away from the top of the cabinets. So, at first I was thinking I would have to install some wooden mounting blocks in order to get the top latch portion of these locks secured properly. That is definitely an option if we found it necessary to mount them above the doors. However, it occurred to me after I was trying to troubleshoot that issue that we could just install these on the sides of the cabinets. There was no real reason that they had to be mounted at the top. It does require a little bit more stooping down to use the magnetic keys to open them, but it saves a lot of time on installation. I was a little slow to figure that out as an option, but I’m glad it finally came to me in the end. I appreciate this set of eight locks and the extra magnetic key they include in that set. Since we plan on using these in two different rooms, having two separate keys makes it very convenient. I’m happy with the quality of this set so far, and I will enjoy the peace of mind it gives us knowing the toddlers won’t be able to get into things they’re not supposed to when they come to visit.

Good for simple baby proofing
The house that we’re in has older thick wooden cabinets. This adhered just fine and I can use just fine. I do worry that if my older kids yank on it that they can easily rip the adhesion off. But they no better then to access the chemical cabinets. My baby is under a year old and just learned how to crawl. He’s not yanking on cabinets yet so I’m not sure how well it will hold up when his hulk strength comes in. The magnet works fine with no issues and I keep it up on my fridge so that I don’t lose it.

Awesome
Installing these was straightforward, and they keep my cabinets secure from curious little hands, maintaining both safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Easy to use, wish they had a screw in option for these magnetic drawer locks
I get it, renters may not be able to install screws in door frames, but having the option to screw in or use adhesive is great. I'm old school and trust screws more than adhesive.I also wish there were more keys included.Other than that, so far these are holding up, and should unless the adhesive fails.

a bit tricky but works so well
these has lasted us weeks. idk what babies were producing now a days but my 2 year old has gotten into at least 3 different style locks. this is amazing because cat even understand why they're not opening anymore. it was a bit tricky to understand how to install it. but once I did I am just so happy

Poor Chinese to English translation
The directions on how to install are horrible. It’s definitely a poor translation from Chinese to English.

confused
These seem okay but very hard to install. I like that they are adjustable & a decent price. I really don't know how to use these though.

Use adhesive to attach and don't lose the magnetic "key"
These Magnetic Cabinet Locks for Baby Proofing with Child Safety Magnet Drawer Locks are a great alternative to the old style of cabinet locks that you had to screw into your beautiful wood cabinets leaving big, empty holes when you later removed them. Instead these new kinds of locks only use an adhesive to stick them to your cabinet, which actually does a pretty darn good job of keeping them stuck in place. The other big difference is you use a "key" to release the locking mechanism, so make sure you don't lose the "key". If you do, they give you one additional, but I'm really worried about how long it will take me to lose both of them, so hopefully I can hang onto them for a bit before I misplace both my "keys".
