Jarder Rapid Action Black Spot Remover Patio Cleaner for Stone, Block Paving, Concrete, Paths, Steps and More 5L

My stone patio has been down for over five years, with part of it north facing. Despite power washing it very year, sometimes twice, black spot has flourished and progressed from being an eyesore to downrighgt ugly. I have tried bleach and many other treatments to get rid of it but without success - until I came across this product. I cannot believe how good it is! No need to use an expensive spray, or a watering can which would waste much of the product. I used a redundant shower spray bottle and only wetted the surface, then a little spreading using a deck scrubber. Within half an hour the black spot was disappearing and the end result was amazing. I wish I'd taken some before and after pictures as the stones do now look as if they have been newly laid. Highly recommended!!

This really works well. Had patio slabs covered in black spot. Followed instructions. Sprayed of an evening,;eft over night and gently jet washed off. Fantastic result. No black spot visible. Need to purchase another to finish off but well pleased

It was easy to apply and the result was amazing. The only thing it splashed up my trousers and burnt my feet so it's best to wear wellies or boots.Other than that I was very pleased.

Black spot remover does exactly what it says!My garden patio is 'Black spot' free and looks amazingly clean. Very easy to use, added the solution to a pressure spray bottle and evenly sprayed the patio area. No need to manually scrub the patio area, left the solution on the patio for less than 2 hours and the solution did all the hard work.I would highly recommend this product and would 100% buy again.

Did the job just not as good as I expected.Used a watering can and a brush as suggested.It has lifted some of the black spots but I don’t have one single clean black spot free slab. Left on overnight.I think I would have had the same result if I had used my pressure washer…

This stuff is fantastic. I had some VERY heavily soiled sandstone slabs that have looked terrible for the 20 years that we've owned our house. Every year I pressure wash them and they look better but the black spots, some of them covering entire slabs, won't budge. One treatment of this applied with a watering can and agitated with a paste brush and they have come up almost perfect save for a few, very small areas that I'm going to have a go at again. It's made my patio look fantastic.DON'T get it on your clothes (it does say this in the instructions). It's basically a bleach and will take the colour out. For cleaning a patio of black spots I can't recommend it enough

Cleans black spot easily, but doesn't go very far, so works out expensive

I used product decanted into a pressurised spray bottle . Results were really good, quite impressed. The patio has been down over 12 years and every year or so i jet wash it. But the build up of black spots is horrendous. Having read the reviews I chose to buy some. Sprayed it , agitated it with a stiff broom, left for 2 hours then washed off with a hosepipe. The results were good though not perfect. It's not badly priced but to get rid of all of the black spot I'm probably faced with having to buy another 5l can. My photos are slabs that havent been treated and the circle kits that have been treated. I would definitely recommend.
