It is organic and only has one ingredient, no fillers or stuff that is bad for you. I just tried a cup today and it has a good flavor. Hopefully will improve breathing.

I'm so glad Positively Botanicals produced this Organic Catnip into Loose Leaf tea. It's not ground down into a powder where it flows through the mesh of the tea strainer. Catnip has so many great benefits for humans, including children...unlike Skullcap that can't be given to children. Catnip can be given to the whole family. Where Skullcap is a nervine herb that predominately works with the nervous system to reduce stress/anxiety, calm nerves, and aid in sleep...Catnip does all that plus aids in digestion, helps with menstrual cramps, has anti-inflammatory properties, reduces mood swings, relieves some stomach problems. It's really an all-around amazing medicinal herb. Since this is made into a loose-leaf tea, it would be ideal to add to chamomile and mint for a bedtime tea for the whole family. I highly recommend this brand. I am not a medical doctor. I am an herbalist. If you have any questions about any herbs and how they may affect you or mix with your current medications, you should speak with your medical provider before adding any medicinal herbs to your diet.

I love Positively Tea. I have been purchasing their teas for years and it is always good. The elderberry tea is flavorful and healthy for you. I drink it along with hibiscus tea, also adding fresh ginger and lemon juice. I drink it cold with sparkling mineral water. It is very refreshing, and a healthy summertime beverage.

I have ordered this tea before. Not pleased I'm having to use 3 tea bags to get same flavor. Very little tea in the bags compared to orders I have placed in the past. Will not be buy again.
