Effective! B-complex is so important and this works great!
This B-complex pairs great with the Adrenal Reset. It's the morning boost I need. After my thyroid was removed I felt slow, like I was wading through water. Very hard to get things done. Supplements from Dr. Westin Childs has improved my ability to get things doing while feeling normal again. Taking the daily in the morning is the key.

Vitamin B was the supplement I didnt know I needed! After a couple weeks taking this I have felt more energy and not had the afternoon exhaustion! Definitely recommend this supplement for anyone struggling with energy levels.

I am frustrated and unhappy, I was hopeful this supplement would work for me and my complete fatigue from having no thyroid , but have noticed absolutely no change.
