This B-complex pairs great with the Adrenal Reset. It's the morning boost I need. After my thyroid was removed I felt slow, like I was wading through water. Very hard to get things done. Supplements from Dr. Westin Childs has improved my ability to get things doing while feeling normal again. Taking the daily in the morning is the key.
