The Product is of excellent quality. The only con is that it doesn't take the shape of your back/neck as I expected a memory foam to compress in the same shape as my head. But it doesn't. So it won't support your neck. It was a deal breaker for me so I had to return it. The return was also really smooth. So, no complaints there. If you want a soft and durable pillow that actually let's you sleep peacefully. You can go for it. But if you are someone who has back pain because of neck movements (yes there is something like this), avoid this. It would give you back pain since it is too high even after compressing and your neck will still bend and so your back hurts.
