I really like the product, started taking them as I had a flight from the UK to Australia and was worried my cravings would make it unbearable. These worked a treat and I never vaped again after that flight although I have now been using these for a lengthy period. Although ideally I intend to quit with Nicotine altogether eventually, I'd much rather use these than smoke or vape in the short term. 3 Stars due to poor delivery. Ordered on the Sunday (prime delivery option), got the usual dispatch notification and advised of a Monday delivery. Still telling me it would be delivered on Monday until about 10pm when it advised there was a problem. Later updates explain that it hadn't actually been dispatched at all. Then advised that it would be a week before being delivered. Very frustrating ended up paying extra to get them at a pharmacy

I didn’t realise that my vapes is equivalent to 20 cigarettes a day and I only smoked approx 5/6 cigarettes a day, I quit smoking 2 years ago and become so addicted to my vape that I would run around the house like a headless chicken looking for it. The nicotine level was way too high on the vapes so totally understand the addiction level now. Since I’ve used these mints I’m vaping a lot less and eventually will give up all together. The mint is small and I wedge it between my teeth and upper lip on the side.it softens after 5 min, lasts over an hour in my mouth even during a workout session and is only 2mg nicotine which is great. I highly recommend this product. Package is small and fits nicely in my pocket. I would say I use about 3/4 mints a day depending on my daily activity level.

Good price excellent delivery

It was my first time using it, and I nearly died after chewing it without knowing better. Judging by that, I’d say it definitely works.
