Thoughts on chromium picolinate?

I think its a super addition to this supp. It can relly help with cravings and it also helps with the absorption of the garcinia as well so you really get all the bang for your buck.

Is this supplement vegan?

Yes, this is a fully vegan supplement! Im vegetarian and others i tried in the past with different brands actually had gelatin in the the capsule which is super gross, so now i only buy fully vegan supplements. Highly recommend these!

Does this have pottasium citrate or glutomate?

HI, this has citrate! The potassium citrate is much better cuz it naturally occurs in the body whereas glutamate is synthetic and lab made, so not as strong or useful as the natural stuff.

Does this have good HCA content?

Yes, it does. I think it has a standardised 60% hca which is much higher and better than other ones ive tried that only have 20% hca. The high hca helps with fat blocking and so is much better for weight loss !
