It’s an excellent product that helped me sweat during my run even though it is cold outside right now. The Velcro around the wrists and ankles are really helpful for keeping the heat in. I’d highly recommend using the tightening straps on the ankles because it will keep the sweat from your legs from dripping into your socks and shoes. I also appreciated that the jacket and pants each had two pockets with zippers. Now I don’t have to worry about losing items while I’m running. This sauna suit can serve a few different purposes for me. It can help me cut weight for my upcoming kickboxing fight, it can help me get a more effective workout and it can keep me warm on the cold days without the need for bulky layers and heavy coats. I’m glad I bought it because I’ll be using it a lot.

This suit is a game changer!! I recently started taking boxing and wanted to intensify my training so I purchased this suit. Suit is made with exceptional quality of fabric. Not flimsy or cheap like other suits that rip and tear after 1 use, I can tell this suit was made with quality material and is tough enough to hold up well in the foreseeable future. And this suit is actually pretty stylish too, love the reflective patterns on the sides. The washing/maintenance process kinda sucks, I gentle wash it on cold and then have to hang dry it, it’s usually still dripping wet when taking it out the washer. So I then have to wring it out some more before hanging it up to air dry, a small inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.As far as fit goes, I’m 5’4”, 200lbs & athletic curvy built. I’m a toddler mom who’s had a c-section so I have a “fluffy” stomach and thick thighs. I ordered a size 3xl to be on the safe side and I’m happy with that size. The suit pants fit slightly snug, not super tight but not as loose as the top portion. The top portion has way more space and honestly a lil baggy, I don’t mind tho. There’s Velcro to adjust certain areas and overall it’s a nice suit. It would be kinda cool if you could mix & match the sets. I think my optimal sizes would be a 3x in bottoms and a 2x in top.Overall I’m very pleased and happy with my purchase and will purchase another set soon. Also will be getting one of these for my mother so she can start her fitness journey as well, this suit is a great addition to anyone looking to maximize their fitness goals & efforts.
