Genuine Ohana Outdoor Patio Wicker Furniture 7pc All Weather Gorgeous Couch Set with BEIGE CUSHION

Update: The set is still in fabulous shape! We did sell it since we moved to a smaller home. But it has been the best money spent on outdoor furniture hands down! None of our other high end furniture would last more than 2 seasons(Lowes/Home Depot). Would buy again if ever we needed another large set! Just wished the cushions weren't so expensive to replace, wish we could just find the covers instead of the entire cushion. We never purchased a patio set online and I have to say that from start to finish this was a simple transaction. We received our set within 3 weeks if not less time and it was packaged nicely and with care, nothing was broken or dented it looks fantastic. It seems to be built to last, the only difference with our set is the glass top is clear and not as pictured but it really doesn't matter as this set alone is just pretty. The cushions definitely will need breaking in as they are pretty stiff and we'll be getting some Velcro strips to help hold the cushions in place other than that no complains. Our set also came with an all weather cover which is nice to have. We will definitely buy from this seller again in the future. We would recommend this to anyone that has contemporary taste or wants something stylish that looks like it came straight out of a magazine. :)

I just purchased this set on Amazon and it was a great deal. I did a lot of research and this was much less expensive than anything else I found. I was concerned it would not be good quality because of the price but the set is very nice and appears to be well built. It came very quickly and arrived when promised. Everything was in great shape and it was easy to remove everything from the boxes. The beige fabric is very nice..looks nicer than the pictures. The cushions are firm but comfortable and the style is very modern. The resin wicker is black not brown which I really like. I really like the flexibility of having a large couch with chaise sides or 5 piece set. I would highly recommend this product. Thanks for making a nice, affordable patio set.

4/30/14 I am writing an update to my last review. I left this Amazon review and also decided to reach out to Ohana directly via their email address on their website. Someone promptly got back to me. I explained the situation (my email contained my Amazon order info) and why I wrote the review. They are very kind and promptly sent me replacements. At first, I thought they were sending me just the covers. Turns out they UPS the entire cushion set again. That is great customer service! The new cushions arrived in good condition. There is no strong strange smell in the off-gassing like our previous experience. They look very good. I cannot tell if these will have stain issues or not. But I'm super excited that they don't smell and I can put them back out on the patio and sit without feeling like I'm having outdoor dinner and drinks at a oil factory. What most impressed me as well is not just the prompt service from Ohana, but that yesterday, they followed up again. They care about their customers' satisfaction (or at minimum their ranking here at Amazon). Either way, I think it's great. It was very nerve racking to purchase such a large item from Amazon. We are loyal PRIME customers and order quite a lot for years. This vendor (Ohana) is first class and we're thrilled to have made this purchase through Amazon with them. ======================================== I have used Amazon to purchase thousands of items big and small and it's the first time I bought something this expensive and big. It was nerve racking. I wish I had a better experience with this product. Everything arrived fine but the first thing that hit us was the horrible smell that was coming from the pillows. We left it in our garage for weeks since it was not warm out yet and it did not help. It's literally been months, has been outside and still smells horrible. We should reach out to the vendor to see if what we received was some problem foam/cover issue and it's a one off problem? Also, we did get the light color covers, but it was suppose to be somewhat stain resistant, which we have found not to be the case. Again, I can't help but wonder if we just got the foam/covers for some reason that was not working out. The other reviewers did not seem to have as issues as we have? I kept waiting for the smell to go away and just used it again this weekend. Still has a heavy smell and it's literally now been more than 2 months with this. Other than that, we found the frames nice, light and easy to use. We like the look and the price. Ohana and/or Amazon, help explain this problem and help resolve this for us!

What a beautiful patio set!!! I could not find any other company that sold such a well made, modern style patio set for anywhere near this price with this many pieces. Every piece is well made, easy to move, extremely comfortable and a great color. I love the chrome accents on the feet. I did have to call/ text the company for the cover, but they shipped it out immediate, no hassle. I would highly recommend this company and the patio set.

Update: Will not hold up in all season weather. Granted I live in Florida with the sun beating down on it daily. For hot climates, I would suggest different furniture material. Not work the price to get 2-4yrs out of it. the description from the company states "Constructed with top quality all-weather PE resin wicker hand-woven around rust-free powder coated aluminum frame, it is designed to withstand the elements..." I have had this for a while and it has NOT withstood the elements. the brown wicker seems to be plastic and has broken over 4 of the pieces. even considering the fact I'm single and for 2 years, I would store the furniture in doors out of the elements. once i decided to leave outside, did not last long at all. Also, the cushion always slide off when your sitting and relaxing. always having to readjust the cushions is a pain and hassle when guests are over enjoying the patio area. For the price, I definitely thought it would last. I wish I spend the money on other furniture that I have seen last much longer. Would not buy again...unless I kept it in a shaded area that was covered. the description write up and pictures never stated needed to be out of the elements if it supposed to withstand the elements lol I will update review with pictures later.

I purchased the set over a year ago. Generally attractive, lightweight and easy to configure into different seating arrangements. HOWEVER, the they are very uncomfortable to sit in because the back support is way too low. The only comfort is if you lie down with pillows under your head to stretch out for a nap. In addition, one of my seats arrived with minor damage. I contacted them when it arrived and never heard back after 3 attempts. So customer service is not good. I would have liked a replacement seat, at a minimum a phone call or email back to see what the problem was specifically.

if youre looking for a good quality outdoor set for a reasonable cost, this is the set for you! my wife and i did tons of research (because this was an investment for us), both online with amazon, at big box stores, and thru friends. there was no comparison for what you get with the ohana people. ive seen much more expensive sets that offer the same level of product and the price is right on this one. the woven material looks nice and is sturdy. the cushions are tight and also the covers are removable for washing (good when you have a 3 year and dogs). and the velcro that holds the top/back pillows in place is a big plus. they even have these clips that can hold the sections together if youre not going to be rearranging all the time. in addition they even threw in a off-season cover for the entire set! (i think this may be for a limited time?) plus the order was processed and delivered exactly in the window they gave. all in, its a great set and a great deal - highly recommended.

Cushions get soaked with water and takes days to dry out. Reasonably Comfortable and good value. Good for use under a covered patio but not in open air due to large foam cushion material getting water soaked. Will now have to by fast dry foam cushion replacements because current foam used holds water. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY IF NOT USED UNDER A PATIO!!
